1. Using Carry

By creating an account or placing an order on Carry, you agree to shop in good faith, provide accurate delivery and payment information, and use the marketplace only for lawful purposes.

2. Orders & Payment

Prices are shown in Naira and include any seller-set discounts at the time of purchase. Orders are confirmed once payment is received or, for pay-on-delivery orders, once the order is placed.

3. Returns & Refunds

• Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
• Perishable goods and personal-care items may not be eligible for return.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once a return is received and inspected.

4. Sellers

Products are listed and fulfilled by individual sellers on Carry. Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, honest pricing, and timely dispatch of orders.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to how Carry works. Continued use of Carry after an update means you accept the revised terms.
